Beta tester conditions

Summary of the Nudge Dispatch Beta Tester Agreement. Last updated Nov 3, 2026

This is a plain-language summary. Beta testers sign the full Beta Tester Agreement, and if anything here differs from the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

1. What it costs

The beta is free during the beta period, in exchange for your feedback. You don't have to buy anything, now or later. Regular pricing starts after the beta and would only apply under a separate written agreement.

2. What you get

Features and setup may change during the beta.

3. What we ask of you

4. Testing only, with sample data

The beta is for testing only. Unless we agree otherwise in writing:

You stay responsible for your own transportation services, drivers, vehicles, customers, insurance and licensing.

5. Drivers

Only add test drivers, or drivers who have agreed to take part and know their information is used in a beta. Keep their details to what's needed, and keep passcodes private. If drivers try location sharing, it works as described in our Privacy page.

6. Keep it private

Please don't share screenshots, recordings or posts about the beta without our written permission (email is fine). We keep your rates, driver details and business information private too.

7. Fair use

Don't copy, scrape or reverse engineer the software, share access with other software companies, or use what you see to build a competing product.

8. Who owns what

Your business, logo, rates and data stay yours. Nudge Dispatch, its design and the feedback you give belong to us, so we can use your ideas to improve it.

9. It's a beta

The software is provided "as is". It may have bugs, data may be reset, and features may change, so keep your own records. Liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement.

10. Your data when it ends

You can ask us to export or delete your data before, or within 30 days after, the beta ends. After that we delete it, except anonymized data that doesn't identify you, your drivers or anyone else.

11. Publicity

Neither side uses the other's name or logo, or announces your participation, without written permission.

12. How long it lasts

The beta lasts for the period set out in the signed agreement, unless we both agree in writing (email is fine) to extend it. Either side can end it at any time with written notice, and email is fine.

13. Governing law

Georgia law applies, and disputes are handled in the courts in Fulton County, Georgia, as set out in the signed agreement.
