Terms of use
These terms apply to using the Nudge Dispatch website, demo and app. Nudge Dispatch is operated by Iron Gate Executive Transport LLC, Georgia, USA. By using the service you agree to these terms.
What Nudge Dispatch is
A tool that helps car-service companies keep track of ride requests, drivers, flights, payment status and invoices. It's dispatch software only. We are not a transportation provider, we don't employ drivers, and we don't set or collect ride fares. Each company is responsible for its own services, drivers, vehicles, insurance, licensing and clients.
Suggestions, not decisions
Features such as nearest-driver suggestions, approximate distances and flight links are aids only. Distances are straight-line estimates and may be wrong. The app never assigns a ride or contacts anyone automatically; the company decides.
Location sharing
Location sharing works only as described in our Privacy page: opt-in, latest position only, deleted after 15 minutes without an update, no history. A company that asks its drivers to share location is responsible for telling them how it works and for getting any consent the law requires.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep sign-ins and passcodes private, and only add people who should have access.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't try to break, copy, scrape or reverse engineer it.
- Only enter information you have the right to use.
Beta and demo
The service is in beta and may change. The demo uses sample data only. Beta testers also agree to the beta tester conditions.
Pricing
Prices for regular plans will be confirmed before those plans open and will be agreed in writing with each company.
No warranty and limited liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as lost bookings or profits. For beta testers, the signed Beta Tester Agreement controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Fulton County, Georgia.
